Virtual Showings

As a buyer, we will get a sense of your desired criteria and will email you the most appropriate listing that fit your home search.  We will then narrow those properties down to a select few.  Our listings provide buyers to virtually view a home from the comfort of their couch.  Our 3-D Matterport technology allows buyers to get a complete sense of an entire house by enabling them to visualize all aspects of each room.  Our drone tours allow our buyers to get a complete sense of what the lot and area of the property have to offer.

Still Want To View?

We do understand that some buyers do want to view the home physically.  This is where the Covid-19 protocol comes in.  This includes ensuring that the buyer/seller has not travelled in the past 14 days, has not displayed any symptoms, all lights are left on to avoid touching any switches, all interior doors are left open, as well as hand sanitizer is provided at the door. This way a Buyer and their agent, (while social distancing of course) can enter your home, have a brief tour, and can exit the property without touching any surfaces.  

On-Line Meetings with You

You may have heard of a Buyer Consultation or a Listing Appointment. These are usually the first steps in discussing agency relationships, the process, understanding potential fees and covering off much more. This is a great opportunity to meet your Realtor, discuss your needs and goals and get the process started. We can set up on-line meetings to discuss your needs as a buyer or seller.  

Do I Need To Attend The Home Inspection?

There is really no need to be present during the home inspection. With the inclusion of such modern technologies as video imaging, thermal imaging, moisture detection, in some cases fibre-optic cameras, aerial drone inspections and much more!  The home inspector will forward you a very detailed electronic version of your inspection with photo/and or/video of the inspection and can be contacted to discuss any issues or concerns with the inspection.

E-Signature

We can have you electronically sign all documents from listing the home, to offers, amendments, waivers, and the fulfillment of conditions.  This is very easy and can be completed using a laptop, home computer, i-pad, or cell phone.  There is no need to transfer documents physically to one another as this can be completed on your own device.  We will then have all documents electronically sent to your lawyer.
